So much can change in an instant. I think many of us recognize of taking a pause to reflect on life’s grand spectacle, or when met with a challenge, or stressor.
Stop for a moment (see what I did there?), and think about the value of the breath-
Mindfulness, is not just about sitting.
It’s about bringing your awareness into the moment, and recognizing where you are right here. Right now.
Right before you click send on a email. Right before putting the car into drive (driving as a meditation. When would you need to be more present? Sex. probably. but that’s a different practice.)
Try it. Right now. Stop.
Deep breath in, Pause.
Release.
